STRATEGY OF IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) devises strategic plans to ensure continuous quality enhancement and sustainability within the institution. The strategy typically includes the following key elements:
● Define clear quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
● Conduct regular reviews of the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with industry standards and global trends.
● Promote the use of innovative teaching methods, including digital tools and blended learning techniques.
● Provide necessary support and resources for faculty and students to engage in research activities.
● Implement systematic processes to collect feedback from students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
● Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and guidelines.
● Maintain thorough and systematic documentation of all institutional activities and quality improvement measures.
● Conduct awareness programs and workshops to instill a culture of quality among faculty, staff, and students.
● Establish various committees within the IQAC to oversee specific areas such as curriculum development, research, and faculty development.
● Implement a robust system for monitoring the implementation of strategies and evaluating their effectiveness.
